Bicolored flowers of red and yellow lend an exotic flare to this tall upright Impatiens. Native to the southern grasslands of Tanzania. Appreciates more light than some species of impatiens. Plant in a location with afternoon shade. Appreciates summer water and organically enriched soil. Tuberous roots are purported hardy to 10° F.
Impatiens foliage is tender and may be damaged during shipping. Snip off any affected foliage. The plant will regenerate new growth from the remaining stems and/or from the roots.
