One of the earliest Iris pseudata to bloom. Flowers are peachy-gold with violet-purple veining. Standards are concentrated purple above bright yellow signals. 'Yarai' = "Night Thunder." Give this one lots of water: it's happy in bog- and marsh-like conditions.
