Cotton candy-pink flowers with narrow, wavy, recurving petals, blossom in clusters on two-foot stems in early autumn before the leaves emerge. Clump-forming, slowly naturalizing, 1–2' wide. South African, it comes from grassy, acidic marshes that experience summer rainfall.
