Compact native hybrid from Cythera, Greece, possibly between P. cretica × P. fruticosa.  Evergreen rounded shrub, with wooly grey-green leaves, requires little to no summer water once established.  Bright yellow flowers bloom in whorls.  Appreciates freely draining soil in full sun.  Native soil is calcareous - addition of lime or oyster shell when planting would be appreciated.

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
