Petite alpine phlox from Northern Alaska that makes an adorable cushion in rock gardens. The phlox has narrow light green (spiky!!) foliage and is a heavy bloomer in spring or early summer with flowers in bright to pale pink. A new plant to us coming from our friend, Mark Akimoff, and his amazing nursery, Illahe Rare Plants.
Best grown in full sun in humus-rich, but gritty soils. Drainage is critical.
