A serendipitous find from the gardens of Dancing Oaks Nursery: the distinct leaf on this flowering currant is so liberally dusted with a light yellow that it appears moonlit. Its light pink pendent flowers make a provocative contrast to the leaf color in mid to late spring — all told, the plant is pale in the prettiest way. It prefers part shade, morning sun at most, and afternoon protection. A more rounded form than many currants.
