A Plant Delights Nursery introduction of the amazing Galeana Red Sage. This Salvia is a true highlight of the late growing season. Its bright red blooms stand out against the heart-shaped, bright green foliage.
Best grown in full sun, well-drained soil, and occasional summer water. Give the diva her full space; she's not one to cuddle. Keep stems up through the winter and keep dry or sharply-drained over the winter to increase hardiness. Does better in humidity than the bright red Salvia microphylla.
