This stout little shrub, high on the cuteness scale, with convex glossy leaves and springtime (Apr/May) rose-pink to rose-red clusters of urn flowers comes to us from the forests and rocky slopes of the Himalayas - Sikkim and Bhutan. Black berries ornament it in fall and are edible. 

Grows best in a cool site.

Carefully packed for each plant

Once your order is ready, we bring the plants from our greenhouses into a holding area. Each plant is wrapped by hand and, when needed, staked to protect tender stems. Because our inventory is so diverse, we adjust the packing method for each plant based on its size, type, and stage of growth.

We reuse clean paper and plastic packing materials whenever practical. It is easier on the planet and helps keep shipping costs down for you, too.
